For MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, the CSC is the last three digits in the signature area on the back of your card. For American Express, the CSC is a group of four digits on front of the card.
Customer is purchasing a subscription for the entire Subscription Term and is bound by the payment obligations for the entire Subscription Term set forth in this Order. Any discounts, payment schedules, terms and conditions specified in this Order are special one-time offers and are specific to this Order. This Order is non-cancelable and non-refundable. All amounts specified in this Order are payable only in the currency indicated above. The total amount due to SugarCRM is exclusive of taxes and banking fees and Customer is not entitled to withhold or deduct any taxes or banking fees Customer might be required to pay.
At the end of the Subscription Term, the subscription will automatically renew and continue to renew for a term equal in duration to the Subscription Term and with the subscriptions then in effect (“Renewal Term”), unless either party gives the other party at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of an intent not to renew prior to the expiration of the applicable Subscription Term or Renewal Term.

This Order is subject to the SugarCRM Master Subscription Agreement ("MSA") at: https://www.sugarcrm.com/legal/agreements/customers/. By signing below, Customer accepts and agrees to the MSA, in addition to the terms specified in this Order Form. Customer further understands and agrees that SugarCRM has the right to accept or reject any Order. SugarCRM will notify the Customer if this Order is rejected.
